On this day in 1890, Agatha Christie was born in Torquay, Devon.  She is considered the "Queen of Crime" and is best known for her detective novels such as "The Murder on the Orient Express" and "And Then There Were None."  She is one of the best-selling novelist of all time and wrote the world's longest-running play, "The Mousetrap.".

Agatha Christie once said, "Good advice is always certain to be ignored, but that's no reason not to give it."
