Library Instruction at MSMU

Librarians are available to conduct instruction sessions for all disciplines at MSMU.

Popular areas of instruction include:

• General library orientation
• Research instruction for a class assignment
• FYS Information Literacy session

Instruction Requirements

Specifications and Terms

In order to ensure the best library instruction session for your students, we require the following:

• Requests must be at least 10 days in advance.
• Instructors are encouraged to meet with librarians and send assignments to librarians before the instruction session.
• Instructors must attend instruction sessions with students.

Library instruction requests are not reserved until confirmed by a librarian.
