Teaching and Learning Support

 MSMU librarians offer a variety of options for integrating information literacy into your course and support student learning. We are available to: 

• Teach information literacy skills specific to a discipline, class subject, or research assignment
• Create assignments that introduce and develop information literacy concepts and skills
• Lead workshops that develop information literacy core competencies and help students learn to recognize when information is needed, and how to locate, evaluate, and effectively use the needed information
• Create online research guides tailored to specific disciplines or research needs (these guides can be mapped to your courses in Canvas)
