How to Print @ MSMU: Your guide to printing, copying, and scanning with PaperCut

Pro Tips

  • Before You Use Cash: The PaperCut Cash Revalue Machine occasionally malfunctions. If you are able to use your credit or debit card online with the PaperCut Web Interface you may avoid the machine eating your money and having to fill out a Refund Claim Form.
  • The Cash Machine does not give out change.
  • To save money - make sure you select black and white when you are saving a PDF or sending a document to the printer
  • On a Mac? - It's easiest to send a PDF - avoid odd errors
  • On a PC? - It's easiest to print directly from the Microsoft document to save a few steps

Common Problems & Troubleshooting

  • Server not found? Contact the Media Center.
  • Out of paper?  Check for a paper cabinet nearby.
  • All other issues (for example no paper, paper jam, error message, needs toner, help with setup):  Call or email your closest mail/copy center for immediate support and assistance.
